Our production and bending process makes pre-finished components
- steel
- stainless steel
- brass
- copper
- aluminium
- and other materials to specification
with diameters from 2 to 15 millimetres
and wall thicknesses from 0.5 to 2.2 millimetres.
Precise design
There are no limits to bending in any of the three dimensions. Bend can flow into bend without a straight length between. Highly complex curves in small-scale and prototype production can be carefully and precisely bent by hand in our small-scale production center. We build special machines for practically fully automated large-scale production.
Assembly to specification: Cutting, processing of tube ends, bending, caulking, soldering, laser welding, installation right through to complex assemblies.
